Shun Fung's Service Personnel Classification

A:   Superintendent

Function:                    Makes final decisions for the company in technical matters

Experience required:   At least 5 years experience as Senior Team Leader if promoted internally

Requirements:            Must excel in work attitude, technical expertise and management skills

B:   Senior Team Leader

Function:                    Must be able to independently diagnose engine problems and provide

                                 solution on site

Experience required:   At least 10 years service experience in high speed diesels

C:   Team Leader

Function:                    Must be able to independently lead a service team to properly complete a

                                 major engine overhaul

D:   Junior Team Leader

Function:                    Must be able to accept Senior Team Leader and/or Team Leaders

                                 instructions to independently lead a service team to properly complete

                                 a certain service job in an engine overhaul

E:   Service Technician

Function:                    Must be able to accept and execute Team Leader's, Senior Team

                                 Leader's and/or Superintendent's specific instructions

F:   Apprentice

Function:                    No requirements, except that all apprentices must display quality of deserving

                                 promotion to Service Technician within 3 years of apprenticeship
