It is Shun Fung's company philosophy that human resources are the single most important asset of any company, an asset critical to the company's sustained growth and development.

 

This "people first" philosophy, however, must be implemented in accordance with the unique characteristics of each individual business entity in the  formulation of human resources policies.  Shun Fung tackles its human resources issues basically from two major fronts:

to provide advancement opportunities by establishing employee classification, and openly review each individual's performance at least once a year for idea exchange with the employee regarding his/her performance, potentials, and mutual expectations.

 

Training is provided where it is necessary for employees to enhance their capabilities. Formal training by Cummins is arrange to complement internal on-the-job training.

to provide a stable, comfortable  work and family environment for all staff. Our employees come from all over China. The company provides living quarters not only to non-local single employees, but also a one-bedroom apartment  complete with kitchen and bathroom for every married employees, so that they can adequately balance work and family life. 

 

 

 

Once a year for bonding purposes an excursion is organized for all employees and family, the latest one being the trip to Guilin in November 2007 for Zhongshan's employees. See photo album below:
